Famous golf courses gain part of their reputation for their scenic beauty, and two well-known and scenic courses in America are Pebble Beach and Augusta National. Most golfers would give anything to play a round of golf at one of these two courses. But even if you never golf at them, you can still admire their beauty by decorating with some golf course paintings of either of these two golf courses in your living room.

Pebble Beach Golf Course has operated on the coasts of California’s Monterrey Penninsula for almost a century. This region in California boasts the natural beauty and unparalelled golfing experience that has captivated golfers for almost a hundred years. Pebble Beach has hosted some of golf’s most prestigious tournaments, including the annual AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-am Tournament and several previous U.S. Open Championships (another is scheduled for 2010).

Pebble Beach Golf Course is almost always voted the favorite Public Golf Course in America by golf writers.

The course layout at Pebble Beach follows the contours of the rocky coastline, providing panoramic views, cliffside fairways and heavily-sloped greens. It is a great challenge for all players.  Any room furnished with a golf decor needs to have some nice Pebble Beach Art Prints.

The second golf course a golf enthusiast would want to play is Augusta National Golf Club. Augusta National has held one of golf’s greatest tournaments, the Masters, since 1934. The golf community considers Augusta National as one of the top-rated golf courses in the world as well as one of the most beautiful. Towering pine trees, showy flowers, and vibrant shrubs characterize the scenery of August National.

With its rich history and tricky greens, Augusta National is truly an American icon. It makes perfect sense, then, that an avid golfer would love to have Augusta National Art Print adorning the wall of his den.

Pebble Beach and Augusta National are easily the most recognized and most lovely golf courses in the United States. Serious golfers would love to play a round of golf on either one.
