This Time Grow Huge Muscle

   Posted by: bobbo    in Uncategorized

Despite the old saying to the contrary, sometimes too much of a good thing isn’t really so bad. Yes, winning the lotto is better than winning at www.patiocleaner.net. . If you’re offering Super Bowl tickets, I’ll take two, thank you very much. And can you have too many songs on your MP3 player? Not as long as there’s a clicker with a fresh set of batteries and a hair-trigger finger at the ready.

But let’s leave the expression in place. Take the way you now train. Many times, when we arrive at a plateau, you begin toss in some exercises to your routine and spending much time in the gym, thinking that if they done it hard enough and long enough, they’ll break through and start seeing results again. Too bad, like scrubbing stains that need a pressure washer patio cleaner for many hardgainers, that approach is the exact opposite of what they should do, especially when battling a white-hot metabolism that burns through calories faster than they can be shoveled in.

The key in this frustrating situation is not to lift more extensively. Go of a shorter time, and in that shortened window, train smarter, harder and with maximum intensity. In other words, eliminate the excess from your routine, get in and out of the gym, and give your body additional time to recover, rest and, most important, grow. Worrying about those stains on the concrete won’t matter with a good patio cleaning products.

To that goal, an efficient hardgainer routine is short and simple, cutting back to the bare minimum of exercises you need to ensure that you touch on all the important muscle groups and no more. It also relies heavily on compound moves because these are the most efficient exercises in your patterns. They call on multiple muscle groups at once instead of just one group. The isolation moves, when they do appear, are worked in the end as one final “burnout” set to all-out failure.

Here’s where the plan gets strange. At least if you’ve been a firm proponent of high-volume training and find yourself working out four to six times a week on a regular basis. For this plan, you’ll only train three to five days a week. The key bodyparts are broken across 3 workouts - a leg day, chest and back day, shoulders and arms day. You’ll do each just once per week, inserting at least a rest day in between them. This is how to train to get maximum muscle gain.

My Beach Life

   Posted by: bobbo    in Uncategorized

The beach is one of my favorite places to go and relax. It’s great any time of the day. Morning time I enjoy because I love to surf. I have been surfing since about ten years old. I plan on never quitting. It keeps me in good shape. When it comes to the mid day time the winds usually pick up. My beach is off fifty foot cliff. This makes a perfect place for glider flying. That is remote control glider fling. I have a wing glider with a twenty six inch wing span. It works great when the winds are coming straight in from the ocean. Completely wind powered with no engine. It was very scary the first time I through my brand new glider off the cliff. With cars and lots of people around you have no idea if your might hit some one. My brother once hit the side of a mini van filled with plastic storage boxes and blew out the windshield. He had to pay the owner over $150 in damages. Also mid day is a good time to just hang out with your friends. Catch a tan or for me it’s usually a sun burn. I have a lot of freckles. So I try to get them to merge into a tan. Also around 4 to 6 pm is a great time to play beach volleyball. The courts are open and easy to get on. Talk about good exercise. Running around in the sand for 1 hour will burn so many calories. Don’t for get about the evening sun set. Those are killer.

When people apply for a credit card, there is always a reason. It can be for managing their finances, needing extra money or in preparation to a big expenditure. But, no matter what the reason is, people apply for a credit card because of the ultimate convenience it brings. By now, you may have had your share of ‘pre-approved’ credit card offers in your virtual and physical mail. Since people are quite vulnerable when they apply for a credit card, some credit card issuers lure these people by giving low APR credit cards, cashback credit cards and 0 percent interest credit cards among other numerous perks. The tendency of this so many alternatives and “value” deals is to sway the person who wants to apply for a credit card.

There are undeniably endless lists of pros and cons when you apply for a credit card, but if you really have decided to apply for a credit card, these are some of the helpful tips that can guide you on your credit card shopping journey.

In order to find the right credit card fast and easy, first, before you apply for a credit card, make sure you mastered the credit card terms. Some of the important terms to be understood well include the annual percentage rate or the APR.

When you apply for a credit card, you must know how the APR affects your credit account. Aside from APR, the periodic rate must be disclosed to the card holder before they completely apply for a credit card so they would have an idea of their outstanding balance and finance charge for each billing period. Other important terms to know before you apply for a credit card are free period or “grace period,” annual fees, transaction fees and other charges, other costs and feature, and balance computation method for the finance charge like average daily balance, adjusted balance, previous balance, and two-cycle balances. The Atkins Diet

   Posted by: bobbo    in Uncategorized

Today there are many diets out there to choose from, and if you want to lose weight, it can be a bit difficult to figure out which diet is for you. However, one of the top diet choices out there today is the Atkins Diet. Of course before you start any diet you probably want to know a bit more about it and how it works. So, let’s take a look at how the Atkins Diet got started, how it works, who it works best for, and more so you can make the right choice.

Overview of the Atkins Diet

The Atkins Diet is a popular diet that was developed by Dr. Atkins. The entire diet is based on the theory of this doctor is that the main problem for people who are overweight is that they eat too many carbohydrates and their body is extra sensitive to them. His idea is that the body and how it processes the carbs you take in each day is what makes you gain more weight. Basically Dr. Atkins feels that many people eat too many carbohydrates, which leads to insulin resistance. In order to remedy this problem, the diet is one that restricts the intake of carbs and focuses on eating a diet that is high in protein. You end up reducing the amount of carbs that you eat each day to make your body start burning off the fat on the body as its fuel.

People the Diet Works Best For

While this diet has been shown to be effective for many people, it seems to work the best for people who really do have an insulin resistance build up in their body. Also, people who are hypoglycemic can really benefit from this diet as well if they are trying to lose weight.

Pros and Cons

You will find that just like any other diet, there are definitely both pros and cons. Let’s take a look at a few of the pros and cons you’ll find if you try this diet.

- Pro #1 - It’s a Simple Diet - One of the main pros that so many people love is that it is a very simple diet to follow. Once you learn what foods you are supposed to be eating, those you should avoid, and learn to count carbs, it really is a diet that is easy to follow.

- Pro #2 - Finding Your Own Level of Carbs - Another great pro is that the diet does focus on finding the level of carbs that works best for you. Some people may be able to eat a bit more than others, but the focus is to figure out what works for you.

- Pro #3 - A Popular Diet - The Atkins Diet is a popular diet as well. This is a pro because it means that you can easily find information on the diet and support as you are trying to follow it as well.

- Con #1 - You Miss Out on Cancer Fighting Fruits and Vegetables - One of the main cons of this diet is that because of the big restriction on carbs, you actually miss out on some of the most important cancer fighting fruits and vegetables that you need. Add to this that you’re eating more red meat, which too much of can cause cancer, and you may create a dangerous situation.

- Con #2 - You Always Have to Count Carbs - Many people don’t like the fact that they are always having to keep track of the carbs they eat. This means that every single thing that goes in their mouth must be counted, which can get old after awhile.

- Con #3 - Miss Out on Necessary Nutrients - Probably one of big cons to this diet is the fact that you miss out on many necessary nutrients that your body needs, since you cannot eat many foods. While some minerals and vitamins can be taken in a supplement, some of the important phytonutrients that you need cannot be replaced by taking a supplement.

Foods You Can and Can’t Eat

There are several different phases of the Atkins diet and each phase affects the food that you can and cannot eat as well. When you are going through the first two weeks of the Atkins plan, you are only allowed to have 20 grams of carbs each day, and the carbs that you can eat include vegetables that are low in carbohydrates, such as tomatoes, lettuce, and broccoli. During this time you can’t even eat fruits, potatoes, breads, or yogurt, since they have too many carbs. You can’t take in caffeine or alcohol during this time either.

As you go into the second stage of this diet you are allowed to go up to 25 grams of carbs each day. After you get to the weight you want to be, then you can slowly introduce some good carbs into your diet once again, but you have to make sure that you don’t gain back the weight that you have lost. Some of the things that you can add to your diet include plenty of proteins, such as various meats, like red meat, bacon, and you can even add eggs.

The Opinion of the Medical Community

So, you may be wondering what the opinion of the medical community happens to be. Well, the medical community often criticizes this diet, feeling that there are many dangers to going on a diet that is so low on carbs and so high on protein. Since you cannot eat many fruits and vegetables, doctors fear that people don’t get the nutrients that their body really needs to be healthy. Also, all the fat that is taken in on this diet can be very dangerous. The American Heart Association definitely is concerned with the diet because of the high fat, and the American Dietetic Association is also concerned about it because of the lack of nutrition the diet offers.

Top 3 Ways to Exercise Without “Exercising”

   Posted by: bobbo    in Uncategorized

The problem with exercise is that it’s time consuming hard work. We all know we should do it, but because it’s difficult and takes a lot of time, we find excuses to put it off for a “more convenient time” that never comes. The trick is to work your exercise into your daily life, making it seem less like exercise.

Here are three great ways to get exercise without feeling like it’s exercise.

1. Play with your kids. If you’re a parent, instead of watching a movie with your kids in the evening, go outside and play baseball with them. If you have a dog, you and your kids can play fetch with the dog and a ball. The running around and being active is a great way to get exercise, but it’s also fun and good for your family, so it doesn’t feel like work.

2. Don’t stand still when you’re watching TV or on the phone. When you do watch TV, or even when you’re talking on the phone, pace around the room instead of standing still. Walking is a great way to get the blood flowing, which is good for mental clarity, so you’ll get more out of the conversation or whatever you’re watching anyway.

3. Park further away from the entrance to the store, and take the stairs. Instead of parking at the closest spot available in the parking lot, park at the edge of the lot. That way you have to do a bit of walking to get inside. When you are inside, don’t take the elevator — take the stairs instead. That way you’re still accomplishing what you need to do and getting some exercise at the same time.

Yes, the trick with exercising is definitely to make it feel less like exercise. You can accomplish this by blending the exercise in with other activities that you enjoy or need to do anyway.

Credits card anyone?

   Posted by: bobbo    in Uncategorized

The emergence of electronic age made almost everything possible to people. Determining and curing terminal diseases made convenient, reaching uncharted territories became a possibility, and most of all; everyday life of people is made easy by the technology. We now have more convenient stores, easier means of transportation and a variety of gadgets that makes work and pleasure almost effortless.

When it comes to finances, technology—through efficient banking system and services—has given people better alternatives and options how to manage their finances. Among the so many financial management schemes that emerged, one alternative stands out among the rest—the credit card.

Credit card, especially to working people and those who live very busy lives, has become an ultimate financial “savior.” More than just being a status symbol or an add-on to expensive purses and wallets, credit card has revolutionized the way people spend their money.

But, more than the glamour and the convenience credit card brings, there is much more to this card than most people could ever imagine.

Credit Card 101

Before indulging much into the never-ending list of the advantages and disadvantages of having a credit card, it is very important for people to first have a brief realization of what credit card really is in order for them to maximize its potentials.

In layman’s terms, credit card is a card that allows a person to make purchases up to the limit set by the card issuer. One must then pay off the balance in installments with interest payments. Usually, credit card payment per month ranges from the minimum amount set by the bank to entire outstanding balance. And since it is a form of business, the longer the credit card holder wait to pay off his or her entire amount, the more interest pile up.

Since having a credit card is a responsibility, only those people who are of legal age and have the capability to pay off the amount they are going to spend through their credit card, is allowed to have one. Actually, most of the adults in the U.S. use credit card because this is very convenient compared to carrying cash or checks every time they have to purchase something.

It is also equally important to be familiar with the different types of credit cards before you begin to build up credit card balances and to avoid having a nightmare of debt. Since credit cards are indispensable to most consumers, it is a must that they understand the types of card that include charge cards, bankcards, retail cards, gold cards and secured cards. All of these types come in one of two interest rate options—the fixed and variable. Actually, it doesn’t really matter if you decide to have a fixed-rate credit card because the interest rate remains the same. Compared to variable rate cards where rate may be subject to change depends upon the credit card issuer’s discretion, fixed-rate carry higher interest rates. Basically, credit card grantors issue three types of accounts with basic account agreements like the “revolving agreement” a.k.a. Typical Credit Card Account which allows the payer to pay in full monthly or prefer to have partial payments based on outstanding balance. While the Charge Agreement requires the payer to pay the full balance monthly so they won’t have to pay the interest charges, the Installment Agreement, on the other hand, asks the payer to sign a contract to repay a fixed amount of credit in equal payments in definite period of time. Another category of credit card accounts includes the individual and joint accounts where the former asks the individual alone to repay the debt while the latter requires the partners responsible to pay. The common types of credit cards available through banks and other financial institutions also include Standard Credit Cards like Balance Credit Card Transfers and Low Interest Credit Cards; Credit Cards with Rewards Programs like Airline Miles Credit Cards, Cash Back Credit Cards and Rewards Credit Cards; Credit Cards for Bad Credit like Secured Credit Cards and Prepaid Credit Cards; and Specialty Credit Cards like Business Credit Cards and Student Credit Cards.

Now that you have an idea how many types of credit card there is, it is now time to review your goals before applying for one. Some of the things you should consider is how will you spend with the credit card monthly, if you plan to carry a balance at the end of the month, how much are you willing to pay in annual fees, if you have a strong credit history and is does your credit in need of rehabilitation. Once you have an idea of what you are looking for choose the right credit card for you by researching the information you need that will fit your basic needs. You may also review the credit cards you’ve research and compare them.

Shopping for a credit card?
Regardless of the type of credit card you choose, be sure to discuss your specific financial needs with your financial advisor or accountant before applying for any credit card. It is a must that you understand the benefits of having a credit card like safety, valuable consumer protections under the law, and the accessibility and availability of services. The most popular credit cards include Chase Manhattan Bank, Citibank, Bank of America, BankOne, American Express, Discover® Card, First Premier Bank, Advanta, HSBC Bank, and MasterCard Credit Cards.

Although having a credit card is synonymous to invincibility, this may also trigger a person’s thirst for material things and may lead into the temptation of buying something they don’t really need. A credit card bearer should always have in min that having a credit card is a big responsibility. If they don’t use it carefully, these may owe more than they can repay. It can also damage their credit report, and create credit problems that are quite difficult to repair.

The basement waterproofing systems and their working.

Let’s take a look at the time and tested waterproofing of basement and how it works.

If you can see a home being built the contractor first surveys the lot using the blueprints for the home to be built; then he sights out the lot to find out the best place to start digging and grading the property, then he lays the footer or foundation and begins building the basement walls, lastly the balance of the home follows.

The important point to note is the first one in the list above - that big hole in the ground.

When basement walls are constructed there is an area outside the walls that must be filled. Loose backfill is what is used to fill this void. No matter how well the backfill is compacted, it is still backfill and water seeks the places of little resistance.

Water will continuously seep into this area. The conventional way of waterproofing a basement provides some form of drainage pipe for this water to drain away, but the problem with this is that often these pipes get silted up. As the water comes it brings all sorts of suspension with it and that is to be expected as it is natural. The system can overload if the pipes get over-filled and then the pressure of the built up water would be concentrated on the outer basement walls. Water will work its way through even the smallest gaps, even though basement walls are waterproofed in some way.

This kind of situation is persistent because the tubes that should drain the excess water eventually deteriorate.

Many times there is simply no access to these pipes which is a huge oversight. To keep water out of a basement waterproofing is also applied to the external walls. Usually this is called a tanked system.

The drained cavity basement waterproofing system is a better system that works by getting rid of water pressure in the walls. To protect the property water is controlled, collected and then made to pass through hidden drainage channels which are either natural drainage or sump pumps.

Waterproofing a basement is reputedly a better system when they are installed internally, have easy access ports for removing any silt and can be applied to basements where traditional tanking or other methods have failed but with minimal disturbance to the original basement.

So to summarise, a good basement waterproofing system will:

 - usually be a permanent or long-term solution
 - stop both ways by which water can enter through the walls and up from the floor
- not disturb landscaping, decks, patios, driveways, etc
- usually be an approved waterproofing method for home loans
- often be substantially cheaper than other waterproofing methods

You want to be sure to choose a reliable waterproofer for your home, keep in mind that it will greatly increase the value by far more than what you initally paid.

In conclusion, you want a basement waterproofing system that will deliver:

 - a permanent or long term fix
- stop water through the floor and walls
- not disturb the exterior appearance of your home
- an approved method by home loan lenders
- more affordable than other methods

While you are getting the house made you need to realize that waterproofing is more of an investment in the value of your house rather then an expense.
